The period for the calculation of the guarantee period starts from the date of invoice. The geographic scope of guarantee protection is restricted to the countries Germany, Austria, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Just ring us and we will collect the open food pouch, bottle or jar and any unopened items free of charge. We will reimburse the full purchase price.
Please notice that we are not able to repay the delivery costs if you are returning the goods by yourself.
For our dental care, we assume that you have been using OralClean+Care regularly on your animal – because optimum effects are only given with a proper treatment:
- OralClean+Care must be sprayed into or applied to the mouth 2 x daily. You can find instructions under dental care and on the label.
- The animal should not eat or drink anything shortly before and at least 10 minutes after the treatment.
Please note, that tooth discoloration can not be removed with OralClean+Care.
