Delivery costs 

We deliver free to your door. You pay no additional delivery costs!*

* This applies from an order value of 29 € to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria. Below this order value, a country-specific shipping and handling charge of 4,90 - to 6,90 € applies. Should shipping charges for your order incur, these will be displayed in the order info.

A delivery is at the moment only possible to Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands and Austria. A list of our international partners can be found here.

Delivery time

The delivery time of products with the status "Ready for shipping" is approximately 1 – 3 working days within Germany and approximately 2 – 4 days to Belgium, Austria and the Netherlands. On cash in advance, we deliver derictly after receiving the payment. In other status messages a different delivery time in working days is shown next to the product. "Working days" means all days from Monday to Friday with the exceptions of public holidays of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate and the 24.12. and 31.12. of each year. The delivery will be made with the parcel service DHL or DPD.

Please note that a delivery to a "DHL Packstation" is not possible due to the package size.
